And while I'd reluctantly agree that "using a weird third party service to record clicking a button in a web UI as 'I legally signed this'" might qualify, I don't think them then data mining it for LLM training can even come close to being allowed.
Or maybe that's what's "select" about the select customers? Only select those not covered by data protection laws?
