For mouths when I'm still on Linux Mint, I've come across a very strange bug while I was downloading games on Steam when I put my PC on lock screen cos IRL I've to do. Minutes/Hours later when I log back to my PC, the panel and the menubars disappear. The only way to temporary fix it, is to reset the PC.
