Just listened to this pod with Leon Wankum leonwankum (npub1v5k…8rd9) which was great!! First time I've heard of him. But he's very technical and clearly knows his stuff. Using Real Estate, refinancing and allocating to Bitcoin etc...Nice work!! Will dig into the other podcasts of him and find where the signal is to best capitalize from existing real estate and fiat structure to maximise bitcoin.
