I think you enjoy seeing people express joy & you want to ease people's suffering.
Joy is beautiful but fleeting. You also can see it if you're looking, feeling & generally tuning in to it.
Suffering is a choice. You can plant seeds & alleviate pain but ultimately, people make choices. You have to respect that choice.
