I'm starting a #vegan #Lemmy server because:
1. There are none.
2. Vegan groups on existing servers suffer from carnist down-voting in the 'new' feed.
3. It's in my hands to migrate r/VeganCirclejerk from #Reddit to the Fediverse.
4. Reddit will IPO soon with unknown consequences.
I've cautiously wanted to do this for a while. Starting a fedi server is a huge commitment to the users who adopt it.
Once decent federation is established by a team of testers, I will announce the details here.
