I just had a conference talk accepted. It will be my second original talk this year and overall, by the end of the year I'll have done five conference talks:

1. Original talk.
2. Rerun of talk from last year.
3. Rerun of 1.
4. Rerun of 2.
5. Original talk.

This is working out to be very well-balanced. My talks are generally in good shape and well-rehearsed, and I'm not tripping over myself writing new talks.
