The state of Ohio reps need to put nine constitutional measures on the ballot. Each stating: a pre-born child at 9 months is a US Citizen. Go all the way down to 1 month. Then let's see what the limit is. Some of those would pass and open the door to challenge the ones down to 1 month. Then the pre-born get due process.
