Not physically seeing a doctor to verify pregnancy status is in my view dangerous Their are health concerns for the woman involving these an the manner in which they work There should also be a follow up appointment to make sure everything has cleared and the pregnancy ended That was the issue in the much publicized Georgia case The woman either didn't have or go to a follow up and the pregnancy wasn't cleared leading to sepsis that killed her
