For clarity... I think Musk would be the worst of the three worsts. His goal would be to push the world into some dystopian off-planet drive.

I have sympathies with the off-planet goal - but it needs to be a millenium scale of goal (to full off planet civilisation) not "burn this place to the ground now to get into space tomorrow". We have a nice (less and less so) place, why not keep it nice... :(
