For least 20 years it’s been talked about, when EU countries have implemented #DRS effective schemes as long back as the 90s. Litter becomes a resource when it is given a value, then people psychologically are far less likely to throw it away. I understand the studies on the 10p level, but Corona bottles had 10p return in the 70s.
