If SCOTUS holds that Trump can't be sentenced because he's the President Elect, as they previously held he can't be prosecuted for crimes committed while he was President, and as they also held that as a *candidate* he could not be kept off state ballots even though he attempted a coop....
...then everyone in the US must file to run for the Presidency, and we may all commit whatever crimes we want.
