Opened a support case for work this morning. The first engineer I chatted with asked me a few questions and asked me to gather some data. He went off shift and the next engineer sent me an email that I'm 90% sure is just Gen AI with a bunch of repetitive precise prompts and vaguely useful sounding steps if you don't know what you're doing.
