Huh? I think we're having different experiences. The environmentalists I most often deal with hate industrial civilisation to one extent or another. This has the fancy label of 'degrowth', but in daily practice it demands deindustrialisation.

If only more environmentalists were more about embracing solutions towards a green industry!
