Yup, which generally leads to me to the same conclusion. There's also this sort of... stereotype (which like many stereotypes has some basis in observable happenings) where women who grow old are fairly content on their own, particularly if they're not caught in a reported "hormonal haze" of their younger years. They're just as likely to focus on family as they are on friendships or general community building. But men are regarded like if they reach a certain age or length of time without a receptacle for their "needs," we should be fully prepared to deal with the violent or generally psycho consequences. Not even in old age either. No one thinks they'll make it that long. They'll blow up at 25.

I'm not an academic or anything so this is just me thinking and coming to conclusions based on my limited scope. I have been hoping to discuss it with others to test it out though. I'm not questioning whether or not sexual desire exists. It obviously does. I'm just questioning how we regard it and, if absent the male subjugation of females, things would've ended up looking anything like what we have today.
