There are retards out there smart enough to realize that the tiktok "not available right now" notice is likely based on a client-driven API call (i.e., using preexisting code in the app and not a lockout from an app update) and will likely discover that TikTok can still be used if this API call is intercepted and modified/blocked.
Of course, the infosec trannies would be the only ones on tiktok at that point, but I'm sure the hyper-insular content would be a hoot.
