Depends on what you mean by "equal", but given that genes are real and determine everything from body type to intelligence to temperament, it follows that people will have different capabilities.
It does NOT follow (as many would try to push, in an effort to not have to confront harsh reality) that everyone is good at something, in a way that balances out. Some people are better than most at most things. Some people are worse than most at most things.
