My text/word forms of gratitude seem both overdoing it and underdoing it.

I find myself accused of being ungrateful and over-thankful.

I honestly cannot find a balance to reduce criticism from both extremes.

The variance tends to be within the recipient usually, and not something I can fix within myself.

My gratitude exists without words.
