But that is the thing, client side validation means you can always prove something when asked, it does NOT mean your data is discoverable and enumerable in a censorship resistant manner. which is what onchain DEXs and decentralised social media tend to promise.
So please let's agree;
1. We can make private or small world communication sovereign and permissionless.
2. We can make double spend protection censorship resistant.
3. But we cannot do much more than that, but that is already PLENTY.
