I absolutely love Mexican Mole. But I can't get anyone in my family to eat it because they are convinced it's equivalent to melting a chocolate bar on top of chicken. Would I still eat that? I mean... Maybe. But still, it's not that. And it's amazing. Had some tonight with a margarita. 🍸🥳🍫🌶️
