My family asked me for a Christmas wish list last year. I've got pretty much all the stuff I want (except Cougar Gold cheese, which nobody will buy me for some reason), but I just put a few things like a new impact driver on my list to give them some ideas.

I didn't get the impact driver. That's fine. I have an older impact driver that's not as powerful as the new one, but it still gets the job done.

Tonight my dad called me and asked if I'd asked for an impact driver for Christmas, because he found one new in the box in the back of his closet. He said I can have it next time I visit.
