Sometimes it seems like the Labour Govt. is stuck in a Groundhog Day type cycle where each month feels like the first month they've gained power, and things can only happen later once they have figured out what is going on.....

After so long in opposition you'd have hoped they'd be better prepared, or perhaps the long period in opposition has led to a sort of 'learned helplessness'?

Lets hop they find their (proper) feet soon....
