Seems to me that the Supreme Court could address the ongoing trouble with the electoral college. Using their own arguments regarding eligibility on the states ballots, can they not see the parallels with the electoral college vs. the popular vote? Why do a handful of people get to decide who won an election over the voters of an entire nation? 🤔
