Psoas Syndrome been kicking my ass for the past 4 days. Still acting up despite the stretches. I hate back pain so much - no escape and no relief.
Looks like I'm back to eating NSAID's like candy again for the next little while until it decides to stop being a bastard to me again. Hopefully it doesn't last weeks this fucking time and will shut up and settled down within a much shorter span of time.
