MC's annoying trait?
[B] - His ability to just roll with anything that happens. Can't decide whether he's too fucking stupid to be phased by events, or he's reached some higher level of zen like acceptance of shit happening. I understand his brain may have been more than a bit baked under the desert sun, but his body's reaction to stress is to induce temporal displacement which bothers him not a jot. He could be an unreliable narrator, just plain nuts, or more grounded than I.
