Not necessarily. There are videos added into kind 1 notes that having the ability to filter by media type in a client would help find. But this doesn't allow for things like adding a video title, description, thumbnail, or timestamps. For that "YouTube" style presentation of video content, we have kind 21, and it is ideally presented in a separate client, though it could feasibly be a separate feed within a kind 1 client, too.
Our kind 1 clients are already starting to get pretty bloated, though, and I think a separate client focused on this type of video content is warranted.
