This is really odd. Why would the crawler have the idea to start replacing a query parameter in an URL it found with all known Bluesky handles?
If I had to guess: the use some sort of LLM agent, which given a URL like skystats.mariozechner.at/?handle=badlogic.bsky.social&days=30 tries to come up with a pattern and an idea how to come up with more valid values for the query parameters. In this case, it might have come up with "Oh, let's try all Bluesky handles from our databse".
