Have you looked into activated charcoal? A poultice would draw out toxins, though I imagine putting a poultice on a cat would be quite a trick.
AC can also be taken internally, but they have to drink plenty of water. AC isn’t a “cure” for anything; rather it adsorbs toxins so the body’s natural functions are more effective. If your cat is on meds, AC will adsorb the meds in his system, so you’ll want to allow an appropriate buffer time.
