hmm...
i assumed an ipv6 address is not long enough to hold a pubkey and because they derive it from a pubkey? i assume they just represent the pubkey in hex and take the first X chars... or maybe the first X xhars of the hash of the pubkey and literally use it as their ipv6 address?
so i imagine the address does not really encode the pubkey but is derived from it.
anyway? i am kinda guessing based on what i know and filling the missing pieces with best guesses based on what i imagine would make sense
