Maybe, or maybe if these supposed time travelers can change the past and not have it negatively impact their future from which such time travelers might have come (which isn't actually how spacetime travel typically functions for the most part, also see: retrocausality; which I have unfortunately experientially encountered already), Hitler wouldn't even be the best one go to after as far as preserving lives lost in genocides known throughout history?
