Sent an email because I get anxious on the phone. But now I'm thinking: the mail may never get to destination because anti-spam, or it may take a long time to get a reply because... are they even checking the email?
And I'm thinking I should phone them. After sending the email. Not great, isn't it? 🤦♂️
