Recovery week after mozart100:
Sun - about 10km walking (to the train station, transferring, at the airport, at home to shake out the legs after the flight)
Mon - 2 km easy recovery run
Tue - 5 km easy recovery run
Wed - 10km easy recovery trail run with some EG
Thu - 13km easy recovery trail run with some more EG
Fri - 13km fartlek-ish easy flat run to test the legs/body for cadence and tempo
So far so good…
Still noticing a little bit lack of strength on the uphills. But nothing to worry about. Amazed by how good I could recover/am recovering. Also mentally…
