if you’re too lazy to do proper chapters

- either embedded in MP3 = Podcasting 1.0, or cloud chapters = Podcasting2.0,

then please at least put time stamps in shownotes as pictured in attached image (it works then as tappable/clickable links in some podcasts apps like Overcast and in YouTube):
