Third Drawtober entry. This time the prompt was "Witch", so it's the turn of Angelica Button, the Simpson's parody of Harry Potter. Curiously, in her lore she doesn't actually become a witch until her last book.

Here we see how once she became one she definitely needed practice. Seems her spell is working, just not the way she intended.
