When I made the first few pairs of pyjamas for my wife a couple years ago, I did sew the whole thing with flat felled seams everywhere, and they still look great! But for me, given that they were “just” pyjamas, it was too much fussy work for too little gain. I definitely recommend doing it at least once if you’ve never done it though!",
