Happy Andy Ngo got clocked in black bloc and was forced to hide under the check in desk at the Nines Hotel anniversary.
Before he got made and unmasked, Ngo was wearing full bloc equipped with goggles and a BLM flag draped over his shoulders. By the time I arrived this night, he had already been hiding under the desk in the Nines. People who were present before I got there told me that he stood out from the jump, and that he was offering people fireworks & different tools from him backpack in a manner that made folks suspicious. This was in 2021.
This wasn’t the first time Ngo had showed up in bloc in Portland and attempted to manipulate and stage chaos for himself to report on or pretend to be the victim of. I’ve obtained audio from encrypted radio chatter from Portland Police that was recorded that contains PPB officers talking about Andy Ngo being undercover in downtown Portland at a protest and throwing fireworks out of the car window before driving the wrong way on a one way with his lights turned off at night. This audio corroborates eye witness accounts claiming they were certain they saw Ngo both throwing fireworks from the car and heading out the wrong way with his lights off. This is from July 2020 during a protest downtown, where multiple people also claimed being handed mortars by Ngo.
