I'm salty that self serving government's are going to print money to get more bitcoin, while the honest value providers in the world are going to need to work for it

Nonetheless, the strategic bitcoin reserve is a net positive event for everyone. Because by governements doing this, they are signaling the final chapter of fiat world.

In the end, the people will be moved to the bitcoin standard.
