South Carolina's high court has set a date for the execution of Richard Moore, who was convicted of killing a store clerk in 1999. Moore is the only man on South Carolina's death row to have been convicted by a jury that did not have any African Americans. The state has been working to restart its use of capital punishment after a 13-year pause, and Moore's execution is one of six expected in the next six months.
