I agree with most of that, battle tendency was peak jojo, close to flawless. Steel Ball Run had a pretty cool character development for the jojo, with Gyro being pretty much the protagonist at first.
My personal ranking would be this

Diamond is Unbreakable
Phantom Blood
Jojolion
Vento Aureo
Stone Ocean - Stardust Crusaders tied
I just don't care for Jotaro, I know he's the poster character for the franchise but I find him uninteresting and flat. And he's just always there, even stealing the victory from Josuke, way I see it he was the protagonist, he should have defeated Kira.
I would rank Stone Ocean above jojolion if it wasn't for the ending, it rubbed me the wrong way.
2, 7 and 4 are really solid parts and 1 is just a classic.
From part 3 I only liked Polnareff, which is crazy considering he's French.
