Yeah, that is how these systems usually work nowadays:
- take a natural lange question
- make a good search query for a traditional search engine from it
- use the standard search engine
- retrieve the result with relevant paragraphs
- push THESE paragraphs into a Text Generator (so called GenAI) to generate a nicely readable text instead of a list
- present this result back to the user.
It just doesn't NEED the whole content.
