It’s relatively easy. Wallet of Satoshi (WOS) is probably the easiest. U can download it and send bitcoin to it from an exchange (Coinbase, Gemini etc). Just be aware that money transferred into WOS remains in the wallet on your phone. U can use an email to recover if lost but be careful.
