When I do form filling, it's ADHD friendly to have something interesting happening in the background. But so many modern shows do a lot of visual-only storytelling.
I need a "distracted audio" option for movies/shows. Not quite a full on "audio description" but more like a kids show where the narrator re-describes crucial plot points that only otherwise occur visually onscreen.
My workaround is to put on something I've already seen so I won't get lost.
