after one more adjustment of the guide bearings on the bandsaw it's actually making a fairly squre and consistent cut now. glad i bought that thing and restored it or i'd probably be cutting these with the plasma cutter and then having to mill the ends off which would be a lot slower.
what you really need for this is a bar feeder and some kind of automatic saw
