I don’t know about people supporting Wagner, people find their theatrics amusing and Prigozhin is such a hot head that he is great for memes. Putin is one of the most sane and rational world leaders at the moment, almost all of his military actions have been reactive to outside meddling. Chechen stuff was largely funded by the CIA, even as the US was losing its mind over “Islamic Terrorism” after 9/11. Then NATO gets the bright idea that its going to admit Georgia and one tie eating session later Russia has done absolutely nothing to Georgia since. Same with Ukraine, they started negotiating economic deals to bring the countries closer together, only for the US and EU to run a coup on the government and replace the democratically elected modestly pro-Russian guy with pro-EU cretins.

The guy just wants to sell his limitless supply of cheap oil and ignore the rest of the world, its largely the US and EU that are psychotically probing for weakness around his borders nonstop. You can see this same bullshit with Taiwan right now for China, the US deepstate wants its adversaries engaging in draining proxy wars at any cost, no matter how destabilizing it is.
