This has not been my experience at all, with either GPT3.5 or GPT4. I had assumed this was due to Rust's relative popularity - I've had better success with JS/Python.
If you don't mind sharing, I'd love to see examples of prompts that worked well, especially anything you were asking that was particularly complex.
