I think people **really** don't like asking for help, Even if it's their job & they're good at it & do it all the time.
They love "easy" apps because it sidesteps the issue. Dark patterns and all. They feel smart.
Meanwhile I've had folks tell me Strike was too complicated, a 4 button app, but mental gymnastics are an olympic sport I guess.
