I'm always wary of these stories particularly because Chinese nationals would stick out in rural Maine just like African-Americans do. It's sad when urban black people come here to commit crimes (usually drugs) because they don't realize how common guns are in Maine and they don't seem to think about the fact that they might as well be wearing Day-Glo lime jumpsuits.
Plus it's more racist stuff. I wish Spinsters would understand how the Chinese have been portrayed in the U.S. since they started coming here in the 1800s -- to do the dirtiest work -- as the "yellow peril," "the yellow hordes," etc. The U.S. is now razing jungles in Asia to build more U.S. military installations for the war they are planning against China. It would be interesting, as the Chinese (like the Russians) have spent their weaponry yuan on DEFENSIVE measures, including missiles that can destroy American warships.
