the photo shows a woman smelling basil or mint, which have medicinal qualities. So do rosemary, lavender, and various pine/spruce/cedar terpenes. They all have mucus-thinning and antiviral properties. My grandparents knew to put strong smelling stuff in a bowl of hot water, place a towel over their heads, and lean over to breathe in as long as possible. Good medicine.
