There's a few that are good, but regular #OBS is, IMHO, the very best and what I usually recommend that people run on their desktops. They went to #Flatpak a couple of years back to simplify and standardize installations, and there's a Windows version too if you're into that kind of kink.
I should also mention #Prism_Live but it's a Windows only thang. #Android too, I guess, and is easy to #multistream:
