We just don't link directly to it because it's not a community supported fork (yet?) and it's still quite bastardized since we're experimenting along the way.
We tag our release as 4.2.0 because we're running mastodon main since we used the search patches against code that isn't yet released in a tagged release. Don't worry, we worked with community so it will eventually show the github commit we're hat in the near future.
