Forgive me for being slow, but, I've not figured out how to send a note/post to people that follow me. I click around and nothing comes up saying "send a note to X person". Also, I don't know how to find those who have zapped me. I see that someone has, in my 'wallet of satoshi', but there is no name of the person. I'm on primal, mostly, but when I switch to Damum, I only get numbers/code for followers and who follows me, so I switch back to Primal.
Well, I'll keep working on learning. What I really want to do is promote and expand our ability to 'turn off the internal dialogue' ... to stop that persistent voice in our heads... I know the Don Juan way of that and want to share it. But it is frustrating (for me) when you've not learned to effectively navagate a new system, like Nostr/Damus/Primal.
